Well, I'd spontaneously ask you about getting together...except for that whole "2200 miles apart" thing.

Well, if you ever have free time closer, give me a call. I will try
to get together with you when I'm out in that area. I have been out
one time since we saw each other, but my parents really did want to
suck up all my time that trip.
