Advice to myself about Interview Process

Next time I have an interview process at work, I should plan things more carefully. That's especially true if I am going to be removing myself from the interview process because of a conflict of interest. I should be much more clear about what the job is, what qualifications are required, what additional factors would be desirable and how long the job is expected to take. Ah, well, I'm still learning this management thing.
